At ShowBiz Academy of Dance, our recreational dance program is the foundation of everything we do. These core classes are designed to build strong technique, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of dance — all in a supportive, uplifting environment.
We proudly offer professional-level instruction for students of all ages and experience levels, whether your dancer is stepping into the studio for the very first time or continuing to grow their skills year after year. Our recreational classes provide a well-rounded dance education that emphasizes proper technique, musicality, strength, and expression — without the pressure of competition.

Each class is thoughtfully structured to meet dancers where they are, allowing them to progress at a comfortable pace while developing strong fundamentals. Many of our students choose to dance purely for the joy of movement, fitness, and self-expression — and that is something we celebrate wholeheartedly. Our recreational dancers perform at both Summer and Winter recitals, each year!
New Students Are Always Welcome
Joining ShowBiz Academy of Dance means becoming part of a warm, encouraging dance family. We welcome new students year-round and are happy to help you find the perfect class fit. Recreational classes are a great way to foster a love for dance!
All students must complete a Registration Form and Liability Waiver (available online or in-studio). Please bring completed forms to your first class or arrive a few minutes early to complete them on site. Be sure to review our Dress Code prior to your first lesson.
